1. The Service

Skedink is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for tattoo studio management, provided by Nuvarex Fylerix LLC ("we", "us", "Company"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.

The service includes: appointment scheduling, client management, request management, digital consent forms, station management, and analytics tools.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Studio accounts require manual approval by Skedink before activation
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Plans and Pricing

• Studio Plan (Owner): $100 / month per studio
• Artist Plan: $50 / month per artist
• Each plan includes a 14-day free trial
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We do not store credit card information
• Failed payments result in service suspension after 7 days

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service remains active until the end of the paid billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

5. Client Data and Responsibilities

Studios using Skedink are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from their clients to store personal data
• Ensuring digital consent forms comply with local professional and legal requirements
• Verifying that clients are of legal age before performing tattooing services
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction

Nuvarex Fylerix LLC processes client data on behalf of studios and is not liable for how studios use or manage this data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Skedink — including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of Nuvarex Fylerix LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvarex Fylerix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.

EU users also retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which may supersede these provisions.

Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Skedink uses browser localStorage and session tokens rather than traditional cookies, for the same functional purposes.

3. What We Do NOT Use

• Google Analytics or any analytics platform
• Facebook Pixel or advertising trackers
• Third-party marketing cookies
• Cross-site tracking of any kind

4. Managing Cookies

You can clear localStorage and session data at any time through your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data). Note that clearing authentication data will log you out of Skedink.

5. Future Changes

If we introduce any new cookies or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and notify users in advance.

Your GDPR Rights

Your Rights at a Glance

📋 Right of Access (Art. 15)

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, along with information about how it is processed, where it is stored, and who it is shared with.

✏️ Right to Rectification (Art. 16)

You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Most data can be updated directly within the app settings.

🗑️ Right to Erasure — "Right to be Forgotten" (Art. 17)

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data when:

• The data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected
• You withdraw consent (where processing was consent-based)
• You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
• The data has been unlawfully processed

Note: Digital consent forms may be retained longer due to professional legal obligations.

You can request that we restrict processing of your data while we verify the accuracy of data you have contested, or while assessing an objection you have raised.

📦 Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV), and to transmit it to another service.

🚫 Right to Object (Art. 21)

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

🤖 Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making (Art. 22)

Skedink does not make automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

• The specific right you wish to exercise
• Any relevant details to help us locate your data

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within 30 days, extendable to 90 days for complex requests (with notification).

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority:
